About the Foundation
This site is owned and operated by the Arthroplasty Patient Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The organization aims to provide insightful, useful information to spine patients, written in layman’s terms. We focus on “modern” medical treatments such as artificial disc replacement, nucleus replacement, stem cell and biologics technologies — modern solutions to preserving motion in the spine.
Richard Longland is the founder of the ADRSupport community as well as the Arthroplasty Patient Foundation. He lives in Woburn, Mass. with his lovely wife Terry.
His old, chubby cat named “Harrison” also lives with them. Because of Harrison’s affectionate keyboard sittings, it inspired the screen name which has created over 2500 posts on the international ADRSupport discussion board.
